Up at 9:30 a.m. and hot water for showers, but not much pressure. Quiet morning with breakfast at home, then out to the pool for some sun at noon.

Lots of activity poolside, like tossing balloons filled with water at each other until they break. Watched the antics of a dozen British teenagers; a soccer team from England. Lots of tops off until about 4 p.m., then the sky clouded over and the rain started coming down.

Good thunderstorm until 7 p.m. Carole and Merv had to wade though 6 inches of water in front of their unit before they would join us for a pre-dinner drink. Then down to the restaurant for a "Tropical Party Night", complete with buffet, wine, games and entertainment. Carole had the most unusual entrée. She turned over her cold pork and much to her surprise; it was the jawbone from the little porker, complete with teeth. To her credit, it didn't throw her off too much and the meal was enjoyed anyway.

Bit of dancing, some games, jokes and a magic show finished off the night. It had quit raining and off to bed at 11 p.m.
